Dear Freshman Me,

I know you have already read too many of these to count. But I just have to say, you will get through freshman year, I promise. So take a deep breath and relax. All of the things that may seem important now, are minuscule compared to the important decisions and choices you will make in the next couple of years. So don’t focus on pointless drama, because in a few years it won’t matter any way. Instead focus on what makes you happy, sports, clubs, ect. Those kinds of things will last. Also, get to know the teachers at your school because trust me, those relationships will help you in ways you can’t even imagine. Focus on your school work and maintain your grades. Last but not least enjoy it. It goes by in the blink of an eye and soon you will be walking down the aisle to “Pomp and Circumstance” (aka the graduation song.)
